The incident was identified promptly, and an investigation is ongoing by the Company to determine the extent to which data may have been accessed. The incident has had no impact on RentGuarantor's operations or other corporate systems, with current trading activities and financial accounts, including Company bank accounts, remaining unaffected. The Company has been quick to take action, including the closure of the identified vulnerability and the implementation of enhanced additional safeguards to strengthen its systems and mitigate the risk of recurrence. The Company continues to closely monitor its security. The Company believes at this time that the compromised data related to customer information. As a precautionary measure, the Company advises all customers to change their account passwords without delay. The Company has reported the incident to the Information Commissioner's Office.
