Our exciting new brand ambassador partnership

It has been a rewarding period of hard work, achievement, celebration, confetti and photoshoots, and I hope you enjoy revisiting these successes over the course of our maiden issue.

After a very successful few years on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, the decision was made earlier this year to pursue admission to AIM. This was motivated by a number of factors, all of them oriented around setting the company up for future growth.

Over 5.4 million households are privately renting in the UK - and this is rising. We anticipate that demand for our industry-leading service will expand, underpinned by proposed regulatory changes that are expected from the Renters' Rights Bill. The Bill is likely to effectively prohibit rent in advance payments, driving increased demand for guarantor support.

With the introduction of this legislation becoming clearer in view, we wanted to be perfectly positioned to execute on this expected growth opportunity by upscaling our listing to a globally renowned market.

AIM offers several advantages that we felt aligned with these ambitions:

 Companies can attract institutional and retail investors looking for high-growth opportunities. 

 Each AIM company is required to have a nominated adviser, or 'NOMAD', which advises regulatory responsibilities, helping growth companies implement best practice in regards to governance. We're delighted to be working with Allenby Capital in this capacity.

 Listing on AIM helps increase public awareness and credibility with customers, partners, and suppliers.

We marked our admission to AIM with a special Market Open Ceremony at the London Stock Exchange. The event was attended by company personnel, our team of advisers, and some crucial shareholders who have provided foundational support to RentGuarantor.

The Stock Exchange was adorned with RentGuarantor branding, before a countdown led us into the famous 'button push' and subsequent confetti cannon, marking our formal admission and welcoming a day of trading on one of the world's premier markets.

Friday 15th August 2025, the day of our admission to AIM, was a truly special day for me personally and professionally, and it was a pleasure to share that with our brilliant team, long-standing shareholders, and team of advisers, who have all worked tirelessly to help us make this important step. I'd like to thank you all for your continued support and dedication.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the Aquis Stock Exchange team for their guidance and partnership over the years. The platform has played an important role in our growth journey, and we are grateful for the opportunities and visibility it has provided. We wish Aquis all the very best for the future.

To commemorate our move to AIM, we made a charitable donation to a cause that is extremely important to everyone at RentGuarantor - Furnishing Futures. Furnishing Futures is a fantastic charity that fully furnishes homes for families moving into empty housing after fleeing domestic abuse. I'm delighted that our donation will help completely furnish a 'healing home', providing hope, dignity and safety for its new occupants.

We recently issued our unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025, outlining transformational growth and record financial figures. See the highlights below:

H1 2025 revenue represents approximately 76% of RentGuarantor's 2024 full year total revenue

1,326 new applicants, up 86% year-on-year

£1.47 million raised through convertible loan notes and share subscription 

This half-year has demonstrated our capacity to advance across all areas of the business, and has firmly laid the foundations for further growth in the second half of the year.

Three days after our landmark AIM listing, we were delighted to announce a partnership with barrister, broadcaster and author Rob Rinder MBE, who has taken the role of brand ambassador.

Against the backdrop of the market opportunities associated with the Renters' Rights Bill, this partnership with Rob Rinder will form a significant part of the mission to further inform tenants about professional guarantors as a potential solution to help them secure a rental home, while also shining a spotlight on the benefits for landlords in a changing lettings landscape.

We have long viewed Rob as the perfect representative of our brand. His extensive legal knowledge and social commentary, especially on issues relating to housing, have been well evidenced, and his burgeoning public profile will help enhance our visibility.
